Refund/Cancellation Policy
AGS Frasers offers all of our Clients a full refund policy should they wish to cancel their move. This provides you the client with the assurance you require when making an online payment/transaction.
N.B:
The full refund of your online payment will only be made if the cancellation request is received in writing at least 1 full day (working day) prior to the scheduled move date
Any complaints regarding the quality and standard of the services provided by AGS Frasers International Removals (Pty) Ltd and paid for via the e-commerce online payment facility should be directed to the Director of AGS Frasers via the following email address: info.fj@agsfrasers.com

AGS Frasers International Removals recognizes the importance of protecting your personal/private information. Therefore, the private information acquired through the e-commerce facility will be kept in the strictest of confidence by AGS Frasers International Removals and not sold to any third parties.
AGS Frasers International Removals (Pty) Ltd cannot be held responsible/liable for security breaches occurring on the User's electronic device (i.e. Personal Computer or other electronic device used to browse the Internet or make transactions on the Website), which may result due to lack of adequate virus protection software or spyware, that the user may inadvertently have installed on his/her device.
Please note that under NO circumstances are any of our clients Credit Card details kept by AGS Frasers International Removals (Pty) Ltd. Credit Card Transactions are acquired by MyGate Communications (Pty) Ltd, a registered system operator and payment gateway in South Africa , providing you with secure access to the online payment facility.
